Paparazzi

Today I went about like any other day, doing the usual chores and eating the usual food. I had planned to go to Harajuku before meeting up with Nami after work to have a look around but then decided against it. The weather wasnt the greatest and my ipod was nearly out of battery. So yeah..

I met Nami in Shinjuku, we then walked around browsing in the odd shop. We walked passed the LV shop (which is massive but considered small compared to the other one in Harajuku). We didnt go in, for a few reasons 1) Under dressed 2) No way can we afford anything there..So we settled for ABC mart (shoe shop). They were having a 50%-10% sale (as written) but there was nothing that caught our eye. Eventually we became hungry and opted for some Japanese pork cutlets (katsu).

So we rock up to the 9th floor of Maru-i shopping centre only to discover a branch of Nakano`s famous Ramen. Given normally Nakano`s branch runs out of soup (therefore stops selling) we felt lucky that this shop was still open and no line. We put our money in the machine and placed our order. The food was great the meat tender and the soup amazing. I am always amazed at how 3 workers feed 20-30 people in such a short time. Then again there menu isnt very extensive. Anyhoo after our great noodles Nami felt like coffee.. So we proceeded to a branch of Nami`s Ex work called Tullys. I had a Ice coffee swirl (like a thick shake but thicker).

Then off to the Game centre, where we took our usual sticker pohtos. They didnt come out too flash as Nami was wearing a top the same colour as the background (green) so her top came out in funny colours. NOne the less good purikura fun. =) We were trying to be Monkeys...

And you`d never guess who I found wondering the streets of TOkyo.. My boss!!... Obviously seeing that he was wearing a suit he must have just finished having dinner with some of his mah Jong mates and heading off home. I wasnt sure if he wanted me to know that he was in tokyo so i didnt say hi. I did however pretend to take a photo of Nami and snapped him. (see pic below). Here i was thinking he only went to China... (Seems like he couldnt find a rowing machine in tokyo) hehe..

Well after our DTA spotting we headed home, put "the departed" on and began watching. Nami feel asleep 40 mins into the movie while I stayed up till 4 to finish it. IT sucked!! I cant believe it got the reviews it did, they obviously werent rated by CHinese people as its clear that this movie just copied the whole concept of "Internal affairs" even ending similar on the rooftops. Hmmm Wheres the orginality america?! Ah well, what can ya do.... I`m out yall.. Keep your heads up, rock on.. PEACE
