Very late start to the day as with any one of Nami`s days off.. We lazied around watching tv and playing on the internet before finally making our way to Harajuku around 6.30ish to do some shopping and eat Thai food. hehe and of course we had to stop by Starbucks for Azuki and Green tea Frapacinos. We arrived and got to look at a couple of stores before everything started shutting down. They werent much really, just toy shops selling the odd funky knick-knacky things. (Have taken a mental note and might re-visit if i decide to buy)...

While making our way to the Thai resturant we stumbled accross this UNQLO tee shop. IT was awesome. 3 floors high with rows and rows of guys teeshirts. And at a reasonable price (1500yen).

The teeshirts were all designed by numerous famous japanese designers who felt it was important for Japanese to embrace their pop culture. But that wasnt the coolest thing.. The coolest part was the packaging. I mean you pick the teeshirt you like, look up the code and find it in the rows behind. They`re nicely labelled and easy to find and look cool (see right). I got a Usagi tee shirt, that you`ll just have to wait for my return to see it. Its pretty funky in a werid way. =)
Finally made it to the thai resturant only to find it fully booked and if we were to wait 20 mins we could prehaps share with another couple.. Me and Nami both decided againist it and were going to go to Freshness burgers until Nami expressed her craving for Thai food. Now the only place we knew was in Shibuya (the next train station stop) and we were about half way there so we decided to walk. Little did i realise that this thai restraunt was deep into Shibuya. All hot and bothered we stop at six different floors (Nami and I both didnt read the sign to find out the floor number) got in only to be seated next to Drunken teens laughing away and screaming at the tops of their lungs.. We ordered Tom yum kun, fried rice, scallops and oyster sauce and a couple of drinks. WErent completely full but at least Nami`s craving was satisfied..
Took a few sticker photos and was a lot of fun figuring out how to use their green screens etc. Then jetted home. Its pretty sticky at the moment SO i`m going to trodd off for an icey shower. Holler at yall later.. Capital P to the e-a-c-E
